Carol Laura Andrews-Redhead is an Assistant Professor and Programme Leader in Language and Literature in the Centre for Education Programmes at UTT. She has studied at Fordham University in USA, at The University of The West Indies, St. Augustine and at The University of Cumbria, London. She holds a doctorate in Language and Literature and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability.
Dr. Redhead has an interesting work and career history; most of which has focused on the psychology and education of young people. She is an avid reader of all forms of literature. Her first work of fiction, Ruptures into Silence was published in 2009. Her first children's book Mother Mooney Puppy Tales is now in press. Carol lives in Trinidad with her husband and son.
